The ebay Document

About the middle of December, 1999, I was forwarded a message that had been posted to a "Rootsweb" message board. It told of an old document that was being auctioned off on the ebay page. Interestingly enough, it pertained to one of the Daffins from 1779 in Maryland. In fact it is Charles Daffin, who bought and built onto what became the "DAFFIN HOUSE" and "DAFFIN FARM" in Caroline County, Maryland.
Well, of course, I did not buy it, but I got the photo image of it! Check it out below. I was going to try and transcribe it, but there were a few little words and swirly letters that stumped me. Maybe when I have more time I'll try again, or perhaps somebody else can help.

Here is the description of the item and the image:

Title of item: Maryland Eastern Shore Sheriff Writ 1779
Price: Starts at $55.00

Item Description:
An early manuscript sheriff's writ from Caroline
County in the center of Maryland's eastern shore dated 1779.
It is an order for Nicholas Dyal to be brought before the
justices at the county court at Melvill's Warehouse to
answer to a charge of trespass brought by Charles Daffin.
Signed by William Richardson.  A nice embossed seal
is at upper left.  Overall very good condition.  Add $2.00
P&H in U.S.
There is a JPEG image of the document and it's clear enough to make out
another name, it looks like Wm Dickinson.
